Instructions for creating your medical record with MyMedicInfo

  1. Click Membership on the upper right-hand corner of the website. Choose a membership level and complete the registration.
  2. Download the Trusona app on your smartphone or tablet.
  3. Complete the registration on the Trusona app using the same email address you used to sign up with MyMedicInfo.
  4. You may now log in to MyMedicInfo by using the Trusona app. If you log in from your laptop or desktop, you may use your smartphone or tablet to scan the barcode and log in. After logging into the website one time from your desktop or notebook, switch the toggle the button underneath the scancode to on, you should be able to login next time without scanning the code. No more login passwords to remember. By using Trusona, you are securing your data, confirming your identity, and keeping the website secure for other members.
  5. Create your medical record and have access to member-only webpages.
  6. Under the “Update My Info” tab, click on allergies. Enter your allergies or click on ‘no known allergies’ if you do not have any allergies. Press Enter / Submit / Update.
  7. Continue to fill out all the categories under Update My Info.
  8. If entering your information from a smartphone or tablet, turn your phone to landscape mode as pictured.

  1. Click on the tab “My Summary” to view your current medical record. If you are using the mobile app, click on the blue checkmark in the circle located on the bottom right-hand side of the screen.  It will take you to your summary.  Your results will show better in landscape mode. You now have a medical review of your health history that you can easily share with a triage nurse, EMT, or any other health care professional. In the event of emergency care, log in to mymedicinfo.com, click on my summary, turn your phone to landscape mode, and hand it to off to the health care professional. You will not need to answer all of these critical health questions as they are on your summary – saving you valuable time and improving your care.  Incredibly helpful service if ever you are short of breath, confused, or in pain.
  2. Update, add or delete information on your health summary whenever it changes.
